Description

Tadalafil soft tabs are generics of medicine prescribed to treat erectile dysfunction and benign prostatic hyperplasia. Tadalafil belongs to a group of drugs called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It works by enhancing blood flow to the penis to help a man get and keep an erection. Soft tabs are different versions of the medicine that dissolve swiftly in the mouth, thereby making it more effective in quicker absorption into the blood than the use of the tablets.

Tadalafil soft tabs are usually prescribed in 2.5 mg to 20 mg dosages, according to the patient’s requirement and tolerance towards the drug. They are typically given, as needed, about 30 minutes to an hour before sexual activity. For BPH, however, a lower dosage is taken daily and does not correlate with sexual activity.
