Cancellation Policy

Genericpharmameds.will do their best to ensure that you are pleased with every order we process. Sometimes, though, we are going to have to cancel an order. This can be for low stock availability, a buy limit, or other issues with payment verification.

If part of your order or the order itself has to be canceled, the dedicated customer service team is here for you. In such cases, when the credit card has already been charged for an order, which will later on be canceled, rest assured you will be fully refunded.

Procedure in Cancelling Orders

Orders Not Paid: Any received orders but unpaid will be considered canceled.
Cancel an Order: Cancel an order with our support staff via the phone or e-mail. As soon as we receive your cancellation request, we cancel it and begin processing your refund.
Shipped Orders: We cannot cancel orders once shipped. We generally get orders shipped out within 12 hours after an order.
