Refund Policy

If your order doesn’t arrive or happens to be damaged, we will send a replacement free of cost. You can also request for an entire refund.
But if you received a part of your order, we will deduct the amount received by you and refund the remaining balance that wasn’t delivered.

Refund Process: Waiting Period: It takes at least 30 business days from the date of shipment of your order. After this period without receiving your package and any notifications, please make a support ticket request through the refund section, and we’ll look into the issue right away.

Refund Methods

Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed back to the original credit card used in the transaction.

Check or Money Order Payments: The issuance of checks or money orders is a mode by which check or money order refunds will be issued at your billing address in case it has not been deposited.

The refund usually takes 10 business days to process, and it also requires additional time to have the check mailed out and for the funds to be credited to your bank account.

These are the times that the transactions are sent and cleared; we don’t have a say in these terms-these include the credit card companies and even sometimes the bank that issues the said credit card.
